The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said it will suspend trading on Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance for two hours from session opening on Monday, Feb. 16.

Orders maintenance will start from 12:30 p.m.

The company announced decreasing its accumulated losses to less than 50% of capital, as the accumulated losses amounted to nearly SAR 126 million, representing 31.51% of capital.

The reason for decreasing the losses was increasing capital to SAR 400 million through a rights issue.

Tadawul removed the accumulated loss flag mark from the exchange website.
